Tom Armstrong - Insurance Chairman
Norma Gresh, my father's sister started summer camp at Popponesset Beach in the early 1930's.  I enjoyed the beach while my parents helped.  Norma purchased the land for Hideaway Village after the government took over the beach for training purposes.

I purchased my first cottage in 1953, then I purchased and sold several cottages until my present cottage 18F in 1965.  My daughters loved to swim and boat in Buttermilk Bay as does my granddaughter today.

Nancy and I lived with Aunt Norma in 1984 to help Dick Dailey with the conversion of Hideaway Village to a condominium.   I served on the first Board of Directors.  Nancy and I reside full time at 18F and I am pleased to serve on the Board once again.
